Q. What is your refund policy?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event the show is cancelled you will be notified by your chosen contact method to claim your refund. If you have spare tickets for a sold out event we recommend posting on the facebook event page to find a buyer. Just head to our Facebook Page  and click the 'Events' tab in the left column, scroll down to your event and post on the wall, this will then send a notification to everyone interested in that event.

Q. What is your age policy?

A. Unless otherwise stated, entry for live music events is 14+. Due to content, comedy events are usually 16+. We regularly run all ages events specifically aimed at younger children, these will be clearly stated on our website and in the what’s on guide. Underground Festival for example, is 14+ (under 14's must be accompanied by an 18+)

Q. I booked online – when will I receive my tickets?

A. If you have booked online through TIcketsolve you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets the same day of ordering. If you have a smartphone you can show this at the door, or print this out and bring it with you to enter the venue. If you have not received your tickets please call our box office on 01452 503050

Q. I placed an order through See Tickets but haven’t received my tickets?

A. Due to their formatting sometimes Seetickets emails can find their way into your junk folder, so please check there first. If you have received an order confirmation number please visit www.seetickets.com/customerservice and enter this, along with your postcode to arrange a resend of your ticket details. If you've not received anything, don't worry, just give our box office team a call on 01452 503050, who will be happy to help you find those prized tickets.

Q. Who is eligible for a concession ticket?

A. Not everyone can access cinema at our standard price, so we are offering an Open Concession, where you can purchase a ticket at a reduced price if you need to. No need to prove why you need a reduced price ticket.

Q. What time do the doors open?

A. LIVE EVENTS - Doors for events at Gloucester Guildhall open 30 mins before the show starts. For Live Music events this is usually 7.30pm with the first band starting at 8pm.  For theatre performances, the time displayed on your ticket is the start time.

A. CINEMA / LIVE SCREENINGS - For Cinema and Live Screenings the advertised time is the start time. Doors for the cinema will open 30 mins prior to this.

If you are unsure please call our box office on 01452 503050

Q. What time will the event finish?
A. Unless otherwise stated live events will finish by 11pm. For Live Music events the headline artist usually takes the stage around 9pm and will finish before 11pm. Full running times are often not available until the day of the show, please keep an eye on our social media pages for updates.
