FAQs
What is your refund policy?
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event the show is cancelled you will be notified by your chosen contact method to claim your refund.
What is your age policy?
Unless otherwise stated, entry for live music events is 14+. Due to content, comedy events are usually 16+. We regularly run all ages events specifically aimed at younger children, these will be clearly stated on event pages and in the What’s On guide.
I booked online – when will I receive my tickets?
If you have booked online through Ticketsolve you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets the same day of ordering. If you have a smartphone you can show this at the door, or print this out and bring it with you to enter the venue. Tickets can also be collected from our Box Office during standard opening hours. If you have not received your tickets please call our Box Office on 01452 503050.

Who is eligible for a concession ticket?
Not everyone can access cinema at our standard price, so we are offering an Open Concession, where you can purchase a ticket at a reduced price if you need to. No need to prove why you need a reduced price ticket. This will also be available on select live events.
What time do the doors open?
Live events - Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. For live music events this is usually 7.30pm with the first band starting at 8pm. For theatre performances, the time displayed on your ticket is the start time.
Cinema & live screenings - The advertised time is the start time. Doors for the cinema will open 30 mins prior to this.

What time will the event finish?
Unless otherwise stated live events will finish by 11pm. For live music events the headline artist usually takes the stage around 9pm and will finish before 11pm. Full running times are often not available until the day of the show, please keep an eye on event pages and our social media pages for updates.

Group discount
Book 10 tickets to selected shows and receive 10% off your whole booking.
Cinema Kids Club
Children under 16 are £6 and adults go free! One free adult ticket per child. If you need additional adult tickets, but do not have additional children, you will need to purchase a regular priced ticket.
Film programme
Three tiers of pricing that starts at £6.
Open Concession: £6 - purchase a ticket at a reduced price if you need to, no questions asked.
Standard: £8.50 - our regular price.
Standard+: £11 - this is a standard ticket plus an additional payment to support Open Concessions.
