Our produce is sourced from the very best suppliers in the South West to guarantee impeccable food and drink.

Drinks and Snacks

Can be pre-ordered with any room hire.

All pre-ordered refreshments will be served in your meeting room at your choice of serving times.

Selection of teas and coffees available as well as:

  • Fresh orange juice
  • Squash
  • Bottled still water
  • Bottled sparkling water
  • Biscuits
  • Danish pastries
  • Assorted cakes

Bundle catering options are also available.

Buffets

We provide in-house buffet-style catering for all hires. Buffets will be served in your hire space at your desired serving time. Vegan and gluten free options available.

Party and special occasion catering

If you are hiring our spaces for a special event and would like something a bit different, such as a fully seated dinner, we have carefully selected a range of caterers who deliver an impeccable service and exciting menus.

Our caterers are just a click away from creating the perfect menu to complement your event.

Party drinks

Gloucester Guildhall offers a range of welcome and table drinks to complement your event and can be pre-ordered at a special rate with your room hire. Drinks will be served in The Ballroom ready for your event. Our fully serviced bar will also be open to guests to purchase drinks at any event at our standard bar tariff rate.

Welcome drinks
Welcome drinks will be set out and served ready for your arrival and there are a variety of drinks available such as:

  • Orange Juice
  • Prosecco
  • Red or white wine 

Table drinks
Jugs, bottles, and glasses will be left on tables for guests to serve themselves.

  • Jug of Orange Juice
  • Jug of Squash
  • Bottle of Red or White Wine
  • 4 or more Bottles of Red or White Wine
  • Bottle of Prosecco
  • 4 or more Bottles of Prosecco
  • Pitcher (holds 4 Pints) of beer or cider. Ask for our latest range.

Due to the nature of our bouncy sprung dance floor, all drinks will be served in or with recyclable plastic cups.

For fully seated events glassware can be used but will have to be hired in at an additional cost.
