Canadian comedians Matt Johnson and Jay McCarrol take their cult web series and TV show to the hilarious max in this anarchic mockumentary spin-off, following two hapless bandmates perpetually trying to book a gig in Toronto. A Back To The Future-style stunt has unexpected consequences as the duo find themselves thrust back to 2008, and as every interaction threatens to impact their future selves, their only hope of getting back to the current era is to find a bottle of an obsolete soft drink.
