Spine-chilling Cinema Creature from the Black Lagoon (PG)

Part of our Spine-chilling cinema season, throughout October enjoy classic horror films in the lead up to Halloween. 

Universal’s gothic horror classic is the quintessential creature feature, full of luminous underwater photography sequences, chills, suspense and a monster of considerable charm.

When the remains of a mysterious animal come to light in a remote part of the Amazon, a group of scientists (Antonio Moreno, Richard Carlson, Richard Denning, Whit Bissell) want to know if the discovery is an anomaly or evidence of an undiscovered beast. To find out, they must brave the most perilous land South America has to offer. But the terrain is nothing compared to the danger posed by an otherworldly being that endangers their work and their lives… the Gill-Man!
